What is an off-market sale?
Your property is first presented confidentially to our clients and our network, with no public listing. You stay in control of who hears about it, and every viewing is prepared in advance with the buyer.
Will my property be listed on property portals?
Only if you wish. If the off-market presentation is not enough, we can arrange a targeted listing, at the time and in the form you choose.
Is the valuation free?
Yes. The valuation is free and comes with no obligation. It is based on a visit to your property and on our knowledge of the local market.
How are your fees set?
Our fees are transparent: discussed in person at a first meeting, depending on your property, then agreed in writing when the mandate is signed.
Which areas do you cover?
From Saint-Gingolph, we cover the Vaud Riviera, the Chablais and as far as Sion. As every project is different, other areas can be considered on request.
